Hello

My name is Kimberly. I’m 30 years old, and Pilates has been a meaningful part of my life for many years. I loved it as a practitioner, and I fell deeply in love with it as an instructor.

I believe the role of an instructor goes far beyond leading exercises. I often say that if a class could run the same way with a screen instead of an instructor, then something essential is missing. For me, a Pilates instructor is fully present — attentive, observant, and connected.

She creates continuity between movements, links muscles and intentions, refines technique through words and touch, and recognizes when modifications are needed — sometimes even before they’re requested. The exercise itself is only the starting point; what follows is a thoughtful process of guiding each participant to a place where she feels challenged, supported, and progressing at her own pace.

This philosophy is what led to the creation of this studio. A boutique, intimate space with only five Reformers, designed to allow true personal attention, consistency, and depth. Here, every class is built with intention, anatomical understanding, and care for detail.

The studio is thoughtfully designed with a refined aesthetic, where visual harmony, quality, and attention to detail shape the entire experience.
Each class is taught with care and intention, fully focused on the women practicing — with no cameras and no distractions. The class is not about documentation or social media, but about presence, connection, and meaningful movement.

This is a space where Pilates is practiced thoughtfully, and every woman is truly seen.

The Story Behind the Studio

One of the challenges I found in larger studios was training in spaces with many Reformers, where personal adjustments often get lost in the group. Even when I adapted exercises, the impact wasn’t always fully felt.

This led me to create a safe, intimate, and precise space, where I can bring out the maximum potential in each participant. A space with consistency — where you have a fixed spot, a routine that fits your life, and a group you get to know and look forward to practicing with.

I lead classes where I truly know my participants. I arrive aware of who needs modifications, who requires more challenge, and how to guide each body thoughtfully. I never connected with classes built around large groups, where time is lost waiting and depth is sacrificed.

Every class I design is grounded in anatomy and movement logic — from intentional warm-ups to safe, effective progressions. I’m fully present in the studio, with no cameras or social media during class. My focus is entirely on the people in front of me.

This is how the studio was created: an intimate, uniquely designed space with only 5 Reformers, where quality comes first. Every detail matters — the design, the atmosphere, and the experience of each class. Practice Pilates in a space where you are truly seen.
