  • Graduate with confidence and all the tools you need to teach professionally

What You Will Receive in the Course?
  • Professional Materials: Reformer handbook, special populations handbook, and progress journal for feedback, lesson plans, and practicum.

  • Digital Library Access: Online Reformer exercises and resources – practice anytime, anywhere. Access for 3 months after course completion.

  • Studio Access: 5 Reformer classes at Kim Pilates Studio.

  • Professional Guidance: Personalized support and hands-on teaching from day one.

  • Certification: Reformer Pilates Instructor Certificate upon successful completion.

  • Practicum & Academy Facilities: Dedicated space for teaching 2-4 students, plus the opportunity to lead full classes during the course.

Course Requirements
  • Attendance: Only 1 absence allowed

  • Reformer Classes: 30 classes – 5 at Kim Pilates Studio, 25 at other studios of your choice

  • Practicum: 20 hours teaching 2-4 students at the academy

  • Observation: Watch Reformer classes and prepare reports & lesson plans

  • Lesson Planning: Write full lesson plans with feedback

  • Hands-On Teaching: Lead classes during sessions with live feedback

  • Self-Practice: 50 hours guided practice

  • Exams: 2 mid-terms + final theoretical and practical exam
